H frames and Cantilever frames are constructed from 40 x 40mm square section 2mm grade quality kite marked steel. With its welded joints typically being 3 times stronger than the actual steel, the frames are sand blasted and painted under heat to ensure a tough lasting finish which will not crack, chip or peel like conventional paints. The standard final coating is high gloss. This paint is bonded to the metal and will not crack, chip or peel as with conventional paint film.

To help with installation we also manufacture wall bench frames to support longer lengths of laboratory benching. The picture below shows how large areas of work surface can be supported using our wall bench frames. The laboratory picture below shows a reagent rack and casings set above your lab work area to supply utilities
